Police have arrested 50 years old Binod Dhaulakoti, operator of Jyoti Medical College at Tulsipur sub-metropolitan-5 and 36 years old doctor Prakash Nepali after 40 years old patient Prema Kumal dies in course of treatment.
Prema went to the hospital while she was in a market for shopping after she had a severe abdomen pain and doctor Nepal who was involved in her treatment diagnosed it as gastritis and inject her Pentrajol and immediately after that she became unconscious and died during treatment at Rapti Zonal Hospital.
The victim’s party have padlocked the hospital and demanded for the investigation and action against the accused.
Both accused were arrested and investigation is undergoing according to DSP Prakash Sapkota of DPO.
