Police have arrested 27 years old Bhim Bahadur Kami of Sainamaina Municipalioty-6 on January 18 on charge of raping 16 years old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Saljhandi against the accused on charge of rape on January 17.
The accused was arrested based on the complaint lodged by the victim according to police inspector Deepesh Basyal.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Lumbini zonal hospital on January 18 according to inspector Basyal.
