Police have arrested 23 years old Krishna Waiwa of Hetauda sub- metropolis-15 and 24 years old Ashok BK of same metropolis-8 on November 10 on charge of raping 22 years old woman on September.
The accused were at large after the incident. The complaint was lodged at DPO Hetauda against them after the ‘incident.
