A writ application has been registered at High Court of Tulsipur, Nepalgunj bench on September 5 seeking for mandamus along with interim order on the issue of flood victims in Banke, Bardiya and affected area making concerned stakeholders as defendant.
Advocate Bishwojit Tiwari, Insec district representative Binod Pandey, Som Gurung of Information and Human Rights Investigation Center Bardiya had jointly lodged writ against District Administration Office of Banke, Bardiya, District Natural Disaster Rescue Committee.
