A complaint has been lodged at District Police Office of Khotang on August 17 against 56 years old Eebe B.K on charge of raping 12 years old girl.
The victim’s family had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on August 12 and on a same day the accused was arrested by the police. She underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Diktel on August 16.
