Police have arrested two persons on charge of physically abusing health professional at Birgunj Narayani sub-regional hospital.
Police have arrested Akhtar Hawari and Niranjan Patel of Birgunj Metropolis on charge of entering the maternity ward of the hospital and beating nurse and health professional.
Dr Chandani Pandey and staff nurse Jyoti Chaudhary were beaten on charge of neglecting the treatment of maternity patient Sayara Khatun.
The written complaint has been lodged at District Administration Office for the action against the accused involved in a beating.
