During the Gen Z Movement on September 9, a detainee who had escaped from Chitwan Jail was arrested by police in Jhapa on September 21.
According to police, Bibash Rokka, 27 of Shivasatakshi Municipality–8 was arrested from his own house. Rokka, who had been in custody for investigation in a pangolin trafficking case, had escaped from detention.
