Police have arrested Mahendra Sapkota, 27, of Rapti Municipality-7 on July 9 on the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl.
The victim has lodged a complaint at the Bhandara Area Police Office on July 10 accusing the accused of sexually abusing her while working in the field.
DSP Surya Bahadur Thapa informed that the accused has been kept in the custody of the District Police Office and investigation is ongoing.
