Heartfelt Condolence
We are saddened by the news of passing away of RK Mandal, general member of Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) on June 24. We offer our heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family in this hour of mourning.
Active in the democratic and human rights movement since his student life, Mandal was equally energetic in his middle-ages. Born in Siraha, he was concerned over all forms of discrimination, especially regarding exploitation and atrocities faced by women, dalit and minority communities in Madhes.
An engineer by profession, Late Mandal contributed in development sectors of various cities which would always remain memorable.
