Receive and Deliver services with a Feeling of Partnership: CDO Acharya
The Chief District Officer Keshav Prasad Acharya of Doti said that civilian’s rights are ensured only if services by civil and government officials are delivered or received with a feeling of partnership.
He expressed his view during a program organised in Silgadhi of Doti on education, health and food rights organised jointly by INSEC regional office of Dhangadhi and AV news television on July 5.
In a program, service receivers raised various queries related to the issues of district. Similarly, Tek Bahadur Khadka, a program officer of District Development Committee showed his initiation on operating program targeting backward community to maintain good governance and transparency.
District Education Officer Gopal Datta Joshi said that teachers must be free from politics for the improvement of education quality.
Public health inspector Ramel Malasi said that quality service could not be provided to the public due to the lack of qualified manpower and further committed to provide quality services in future by utilising maximum manpower.
The program was participated by representatives from government, NGOs, activists, leaders and representatives from political parties.
