Public Hearing Program held In Chautara

A public hearing program on post-quake Reconstruction was held in district headquarter Chautara on August 29 organised by INSEC Sindhupalchok.
The victims complained and accused NGO’s and INGOs of working with vested interest despite of addressing victim’s issues, victims in ward no 2 of not getting relief fund, increase of violent incident due to the lack of local bodies and children with disability not getting scholarships.
Speaking at the program SP Rabindra KC of District Police Office said that the police administration will fulfil its responsibility by giving securities to the people. He added that no one can violate other’s right in the name of getting its own rights.
Similarly, chief executive of reconstruction and district coordinator of Chautara municipality Bhuwaneshor Lamichhane said that the first instalment of fund has been send to the victims of ward no 2 however there were some technical issues.
There were 120 participants including 44 women and 76 men.
