Public Hearing Held On Condition of Earthquake Victims
A public hearing program on Responsible promotion for Human Rights Friendly Environment operated by INSEC has been held at Koshidekha VDC of Kavre on August 31. In the program, earthquake victims had shared about the reconstruction and post-quake condition.
Speaking at the program, program officer Rishi Kanta Ghimire of District Development Committee of Kavre said that people are facing various issues after earthquake and DDC has supported all victims those are in need.
Most of the victims complained of not having their name in the list and difficulty faced on making model house.
The program was organized in coordination with Radio Namobuddha. In the program, Sukeshwor Mahato of Timalbesi Police Post, Ganga Dong of NGO Federation and representatives from various political parties had put their views. There were 151 paticipants in the program.
