Pre-review of Human Rights Year Book held in Sindhupalchok
Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has organized a pre-review of human rights year book-2019 on November 27 in Chautara of Sindhupalchok.
During the program, INSEC district representative Nati Babu Dhital presented the data of human rights violation of the district in 2018.
As per the presented data of 42 incidents, six incidents of killing, one incident of torture in custody, 15 incidents of women rights, 19 of child rights and one incident of social discrimination.
Speaking at the program CDO Krishna Prasad Adhikari said that he is always committed to protect and promote human rights.
SP Mukunda Marasani of DPO said that he is always sensitive on the human rights issue. The program was participated by the concerned stakeholders of the district.
