INSEC Completes Observer Orientation Program
An orientation program has been completed in Baglung for the observers who will be working under the Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) to observe the upcoming election of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly to be held on November 20, 2022.
In an orientation program organized in Baglung for 20 observers from three districts, INSEC Gandaki Provincial Coordinator Shiva Khakural urged them to take up the responsibilities in order to raise the dignity of the organization in full compliance with the election code of conduct.
He urged them to work with restraint saying that not only the political parties, candidates and employees of government but also those assigned to the supervision will be supervised in the election.
In the orientation program, INSEC Gandaki Province Program Officer Sabnam Sharma informed about the roles and duties of the observers during the observation of the elections.
She said that the observers assigned to the supervision should play a positive role in order to conduct the elections in a clean, peaceful and fearless environment.
