Earthquake Victims To get First Instalment on First week of September

The Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has organised a public hearing program on conditions of earthquake victims and reconstruction at Hetauda of Makwanpur on August 29.
Speaking at the program, planning officer Kisan Neupane of Makwanpur committed to provide first instalment of grant fund to the victims with on the first week of September.
A total of 10,064 victims have had a grant agreement until August 29. He said that 2,037 beneficiaries have been provided a first instalment of grant fund to make shelters. He further said that the monitoring process has been accelerated.
The National Reconstruction Corporation has registered 23,305 complaints from earthquake victims. The corporation has aimed to make a grant agreement with 30,228 earthquake victim’s family.
