Civil Society must support to make local level transparent: stake holders
Vice-chief Binda Baramu Nepali of District Coordination Committee of Dhading said that the civil society is providing support to the local level government for good governance and transparency.
She expressed her views while speaking at the program on” coordination between local government and civil society and its challenges “,in Dhading organized by INSEC in support from USAID and FHI 360 at Dhadingbesi on April 24.
She added that civil society is exerting pressure to the government which is supporting local level.
The participants of the program stressed on prioritizing the rights of disabled people, issues of earthquake victims, minority community, gender and other important issues along with making policies to implement it.
