Writ Lodged at Apex Court demanding to stop constitution amendment
A writ application has been lodged at Apex Court on November 30 demanding to immediately stop the bill registered at Apex court for amendment of the constitution which is unfavorable to the sentiment of the constitution of Nepal.
Advocate Tikadhwoj Khadka has made Nepal Government and legislative parliament as defendant in the writ. The writ states that the amendment process of constitution should immediately stop as it has snatched the rights given by the constitution to its people of province and legislature.
The writ also stated that the amendment process is unconstitutional and demanded not to implement the amendment process, according to Rastriya Samachar Samitee (RSS).
