Woman Arrested For Killing Daughter-in-law
Police arrested Laxmi Budha,50, on the charge of killing her daughter-in-law Kabita Budha,28, Gauriganga Municipality-1, on June 6, 2023.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint to the police, to arrest the accused on June 6, 2023, after the body of the deceased was found in the Kedareshwor community forest, Gauriganga Municipality-1, on June 5.
The aggrieved party informed the police that the deceased, who was living with her in-laws while her husband was in India, had gone missing after a quarrel with her father-in-law a few days ago, on June 4.
Kuldeep Chand, DSP, District Police Office, Kailali, informed that the mother-in-law of the deceased was arrested for investigation based on the complaint. However, the police have been searching for absconded Dilli Budha,52, father-in-law.
The post-mortem of the dead body was done, on June 6, at Seti Provincial Hospital, Dhangadhi, and was handed over to the relatives.
