Weapons from armed conflict recovered
Police have recovered three weapons used during the armed conflict from the house of Kamal Chauhan at Malarani Rural Municipality-8 on March 22.
The search operation conducted by District Police Office has recovered weapons from his house and near the cliff.
The district administration office had issued 35 days notice to hand over all contraband weapons, few days ago. Police have recovered two guns, two Magnum Toto rifles and other weapons according to DPO.
Police said that during the armed conflict, the rebel had taken shelter in his house and these weapons are from the armed conflict. Police have tightened the security of the district after the government restricted the activities of Biplov led Nepal Communist Party.
