Vehicle Run in the Campaigning of Rastriya Swatantra Party Vandalized
The vehicle run for the campaigning of Dr. Swarnim Wagle, Candidate of Rastriya Swatantra Party from Tanahu Constituency no. 1 has been vandalized.
Father of candidate Wagle, Jiwan Wagle informed that the care numbered 11 cha 4250 parked in Santosh Hotel, Byas Municipality-3, was vandalized by an unidentified group on the night of 20 April.
The glass on the left side of the car was broken by a brick attack. Wagle had come from campaigning all day and stayed at the hotel that night. Wagle said that when he woke up in the morning, he found that the window of the car was broken. Even though the car was used by Wagle’s father usually, the same was used for election campaigning that day.
SP of the District Police Office, Awadesh Bista inormed that an investigation has been initiated to find out who broke the glass of the vehicle and why. He said that the truth might reveal following the investigation of CCTV camera footage placed on the poles around the incident spot.
