Update of September 7 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people reached 998,295 after 128 additional new cases on September 7, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 983,781 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.6% along with the 78 latest recovered. There are 2,505 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,956 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 12,009 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two deaths were recorded. On September 7, 1,880 people were tested through the antigen process and 102 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 151,231 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till September 7, 21,966,992 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
