Update of September 3 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people reached 997,752 after 92 additional new cases on September 3, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 983,103 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.5% along with the 339 latest recovered. There are 2,642 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,381 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 12,007 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two deaths were recorded. On September 3, 2,156 people were tested through the antigen process and 108 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 150,881 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till September 3, 21,540,946 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
