Update of November 30 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 821,366 after additional 245 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on November 30, 2021. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 802,909 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 97.7% along with 259 latest recovered.
According to the Ministry, 4,329 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Out of the total number of tests conducted on November 30, 6% were diagnosed positive and overall there were 17.8% people diagnosed positive till now.
Till now, the death toll has reached 11,526. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two people died on November 30. There are 6,931 people in home isolation. Kathmandu and Lalitpur have more than 500 active cases.
On November 30, 2,140 people were tested through the antigen process among which 10 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 95,498 people have been diagnosed positive with antigen process. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated into this number. According to the Ministry, 8,437,860 people have been fully vaccinated till November 30.
