Update of November 25 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 820,285 after additional 281 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on November 25, 2021. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 801,420 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 97.7% along with 298 latest recovered.
According to the Ministry, 7,104 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Out of the total number of tests conducted on November 25, 4% were diagnosed positive and overall there were 17.9% people diagnosed positive till now.
Till now, the death toll has reached 11,516. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, three people died on November 25. There are 7,349 people in home isolation. Kathmandu and Lalitpur have more than 500 active cases.
On November 25, 1,805 people were tested through the antigen process among which 27 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 95,424 people have been diagnosed positive with antigen process. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated into this number. According to the Ministry, 8,153,734 people have been fully vaccinated till November 25.
