Update of November 15 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 817,333 after additional 367 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on November 15, 2021. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 798,544 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 97.7% along with 270 latest recovered.
According to the Ministry, 7,554 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Out of the total number of tests conducted on November 15, 5% were diagnosed positive and overall there were 18.1% people diagnosed positive till now.
Till now, the death toll has reached 11,478. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, one person died on November 15. There are 7,311 people in home isolation. Lalitpur has more than 500 active cases.
On November 15, 4,848 people were tested through the antigen process among which 49 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 95,136 people have been diagnosed positive with antigen process. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated into this number. According to the Ministry, 7,580,133 people have been fully vaccinated till November 15.
