Update of November 14 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 816,966 after additional 291 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on November 14, 2021. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 798,274 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 97.7% along with 348 latest recovered.
According to the Ministry, 8,800 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Out of the total number of tests conducted on November 14, 4% were diagnosed positive and overall there were 18.1% people diagnosed positive till now.
Till now, the death toll has reached 11,477. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, six people died on November 14. There are 7,215 people in home isolation. Lalitpur has more than 500 active cases.
On November 14, 1,598 people were tested through the antigen process among which 15 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 95,087 people have been diagnosed positive with antigen process. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated into this number. According to the Ministry, 7,553,560 people have been fully vaccinated till November 14.
