Update of November 11 Regarding COVID-19 Infection

The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 816,060 after additional 301 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on November 11, 2021. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 797,059 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 97.7% along with 279 latest recovered.

According to the Ministry, 9,609 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Out of the total number of tests conducted on November 11, 7% were diagnosed positive and overall there were 18.2% people diagnosed positive till now.

Till now, the death toll has reached 11,466. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, six people died on November 11. There are 7,535 people in home isolation. Kathmandu has more than 500 active cases.

On November 11, 3,044 people were tested through the antigen process among which 16 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 94,995 people have been diagnosed positive with antigen process. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated into this number. According to the Ministry, 7,485,110 people have been fully vaccinated till November 11.
