Update of March 30 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 978,402 after additional 25 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on March 30, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 965,305 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with 77 latest recovered. There are 1,146 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,252 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,951. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there were no deaths recoreded. On March 30, 1,149 people were tested through the antigen process among which 12 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,132 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till March 30, 19,054,582 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
