Update of March 16 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 275,424 after additional 114 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on March 16, 2020. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 271,495 of the total infected have recovered. On March 16, the rate of recovery reached 98.6% along with the 94 latest recovered. According to the Ministry, 2,790 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 3,014. There are 915 in isolation.
