Update of June 30 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 979,694 after additional 36 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on June 30, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 967,462 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.8% along with the 17 latest recovered. There are 280 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,533 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,952. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On June 30, 1,166 people were tested through the antigen process and 19 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,473 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till June 30, 20,308,310 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
