Update of June 16 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 9,79,309 after additional 12 new case on June 16, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population 9,67,262 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.8% along with the 14 latest recovered. There are 95 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry,1,138 swab were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,952 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On June 1,230 people were tested through the antigen process and four were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 1,40,359 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till June 16 200,54,777 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
