Update of June 11 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 979,251 after additional nine new cases were detected positive in Nepal on June 11, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 967,192 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.8% along with the 11 latest recovered. There are 107 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,193 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,952. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On June 11, 980 people were tested through the antigen process and eight were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,330 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till June 11, 19,981,665 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
