Update of July 9 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 9,80,213 after 72 additional new case on July 9, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population 9,67,656 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with the 31 latest recovered. There are 605 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,539 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,952 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On July 9, 1,076 people were tested through the antigen process and 30 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 1,40,622 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 9, 203,93,911 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
