Update of July 26 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 984,475 after 400 additional new cases on July 26, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 968,802 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.4% along with the 218 latest recovered. There are 3,714 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 2,215 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,959 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two deaths were recorded. On July 26, 2,840 people were tested through the antigen process and 238 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 141,845 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 26, 20,538,963 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
