Update of July 24 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 983,622 after 303 additional new cases on July 24, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 968,489 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.5% along with the 95 latest recovered. There are 3,177 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 2,360 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,956 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two deaths were recorded. On July 24, 1,528 people were tested through the antigen process and 44 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 141,492 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 24, 20,525,534 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
