Update of July 21 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 982,719 after 317 additional new cases on July 21, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 968,228 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.5% along with the 56 latest recovered. There are 2,537 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,902 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,954 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On July 21, 1,005 people were tested through the antigen process and 118 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 141,257 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 21, 20,497,954 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
