Update of July 19 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 982,062 after 268 additional new cases on July 19, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 968,126 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.6% along with the 62 latest recovered. There are 1,982 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,828 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,954 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On July 19, 1,005 people were tested through the antigen process and 89 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 141,088 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 19, 20,477,162 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
