Update of July 12 regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 980,590 after 144 additional new cases on July 12, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population 9,67,765 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with the 41 latest recovered. There are 873 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,805 swabs were collected for PCR tests in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,952 According to the Ministry of Health and Population, no death was recorded. On July 12, 1,321 people were tested through the antigen process and 33 were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 1,40,711 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. Till July 12, 204,04,410 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
