Update of April 30 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 978,810 after additional four new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 30, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 966,629 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.8% along with 17 latest recovered. There are 230 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,066 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,951. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there were no deaths recorded. On April 30, 1,148 people were tested through the antigen process and one was diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,190 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till April 30, 19,586,196 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
