Update of April 14 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 978,634 after additional three new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 14, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 966,204 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with 44 latest recovered. There are 479 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 2,262 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,951. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there were no deaths recorded. On April 14, 1,080 people were tested through the antigen process and one were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,158 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till April 14, 19,359,782 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
