Update of April 13 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 978,631 after additional 15 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 13, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 966,160 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with 49 latest recovered. There are 520 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 3,349 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,951. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there were no deaths recorded. On April 13, 1,366 people were tested through the antigen process and four were diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,157 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till April 13, 19,336,604 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
