Update of April 10 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 978,571 after additional three new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 10, 2022. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 966,028 of the total infected have recovered, and the recovery rate has reached 98.7% along with 48 latest recovered. There are 592 active infected cases at present.
According to the Ministry, 1,800 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours. Till now, the death toll has reached 11,951. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there were no deaths recorded. On April 10, 940 people were tested through the antigen process and one was diagnosed positive with COVID-19. Till date, 140,150 people have been diagnosed positive with the antigen method. The number of infected, cured, and active cases has not been separated in this data. Till April 10, 19,277,986 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
