Two cadres from “Biplov” led NCP arrested
Police have arrested two cadres of “Biplov” led Nepal Communist Party on April 22. According to the police, the arrested were District member Bishnu Rijal, 65 of Gandaki Rural Municipaity-7, Ghyalchok. He will be charged under the public offence according to police.
Similarly, central member Ishwor Pandey of NCP affiliated AKHIL (Struggle) was arrested by police on April 21 from his house at Bhinsen Thapa Rural Municipality-6.
He was charged for involving in detonating bomb at Ncell tower in Dhading.
