Three complaints of domestic violence lodged at Court after denied by Police
Three complaints against the incident of domestic violence have been lodged at District Court of Saptari on August 7 and 8 after police denied of registering it.
Anita Kumari Chaudhary , 50 of Bodebasain Municipality-1 has registered complaint against her brother in-law Prabhu Narayan Chaudhary on charge of domestic violence at district court on August 8.
She registered complaint at District court after police office of Siswa denied registering her complaint at police office on July 16.
The victim said that the accused had severely beaten and injured her with wooden stick on July 5. She underwent treatment at Tridev Polyclinic in Siraha municipality-3.
Similarly, 29 years old Subhadra Devi Ram of Kanchanrup Municipality-9 registered complaint at District court against mother-in-law Ramwati Devi Ram,65,brother-in-law Santosh Ram,25 and his 23 years old wife Urmila Devi Ram on charge of domestic violence.
They were severely beaten by the accused over the dispute of property partition.
Similarly, 63 years old Paradevi Yadav of Kanchanrup municipality-9 registered complaint against 65 years old husband Hari Lal Yadav, son 30 years old Suban Yadav and his wife Binita Devi,25 at District court against domestic violence.
