State-minister’s Vehicle Vandalized
The local entrepreneurs in Tikapur had attempted an attack on a vehicle of supply state-minister Karna Bahadur B.K who was in Tikapur of Kailali for market monitoring. The vehicle with registration number Ba1Jha9699 was vandalized.
The local entrepreneurs of Tikapur are in protest against the monitoring saying that it has given un necessary hassles to their business. The protestors have torn the flag kept in minister’s vehicle and attempted to vandalize it. However, the state minister was safely taken to hotel according to Area Police Office.
Police have taken control of Vice-president Surendra Giri and general secretary Ram Bahadur Bhandary of Trade and Commerce Federation for their involvement on an attack according to DSP Tika Bahadur Karki of Area Police Office of Tikapur.
The team of supply ministry has expedited their monitoring of market after the complaint against the local businessmen was received as there are too many anamolies in the market.
