Studies affected since one week
The studies of the students of Saipal Secondary school at Simkot village council-8 have been affected since one week after two students, Chunpura Shahi, 16 and Suresh Shahi were given corporate punishment for not doing their home work. The parents of the students protested against the incident which has obstructed the studies of the students.
The students at 10th grade were punished by the school teacher Jun Raj Hamal and parents of the students threatened the teacher which created the problem among the studies of the students at 9 and 10th grade according to the principal Dev Singh Buda.
The locals also complained that there are not enough posts for the teachers in the school. The principal assured that the vacant posts of the teachers will be fulfilled soon.
