Student Injured in a Corporal Punishment
Sher Bahadur Basnet, 15 studying in standard 9 at Bal Secondary School Jhapra was injured after he was beaten by teacher Prithvi Bahadur Singh on November 25. The student sustained injuries on his body.
He was beaten by the accused on charge of not being present to fill the registration form of the school for a long time. The victim student has lodged complaint against the accused at police post on a same day.
But the incident has been settled after a discussion with the family member.
