Six injured in an explosion during nomination of candidacy
In Gajera of Banganga municipality-4, six people were injured when a bomb exploded at about 2 pm in the afternoon. The description of the injured is underway.
The bomb was kept in a cycle and was exploded when the candidate of Nepali Congress and Maoist centre were on the way for the candidacy nomination according to CDO Bishnu Prasad Dhakal.
According to CDO Dhakal the injured are undergoing treatment at local medical. He said that no one has been charged for the explosion yet and the security of the district has been tightened.
Similarly, the District Police Office of Kapilvastu said that at least 34 people have been arrested by the police on charge of obstructing the nomination process.
There has been obstruction on nomination process at Bijaya Nagar village council and Taulihawa Municipality however now the situation has been controlled according to the District Administration Office of Taulihawa.
