Sexual Abuse Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Shyam Kumar Magar, 52, of Aamchok Rural Municipality-9, Dummana on July 20, 2021, on the charge of sexually abusing a 31-year-old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on July 19 accusing him of sexually abusing her on July 15. Inspector Jeevan Kunwar of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
The health examination of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on July 19.
