Sexual Abuse Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Harikrishna Koju of Suryabinayak Municipality-7 Gundu and Chulai Mukhiya of Suryabinayak Municipality-5 Katunje on June 3, 2021, on charges of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl.
The accused had lodged a complaint at the Metropolitan Police Circle on June 2, said DSP Deepak Giri.
According to the victim, Koju had invited the girl to a party and abused her on December 1, 2020. Likewise, Mukhiya had abused her on February 13, 2020, during a Taekwondo class.
According to DSP Giri, a health checkup of the girl was not conducted.
